School holidays are upon us and so begins the endless cycle of snack preparation! These sesame tahini bliss balls are simple to make and delicious to eat – the perfect bite sized snack to have on hand for hungry children. Let me show you how to make them in this video.

Sesame Tahini Bliss Balls
I always keep a tub of bliss balls in the freezer for easy access snacks or treats. You can eat them straight from the freezer making them even chewier and more delicious!
1 cup of almonds
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 cup of medjool dates, deseeded and roughly chopped
1 tablespoon of hulled tahini
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Sesame seeds to roll in
What to do:
Place the almonds and dates in the food processor and give a good whiz to chop finely.
Add all the other ingredients and process until the mixture comes together and will hold when pressed with your fingers.
Roll tablespoons of the mixture into bite sized balls before rolling in sesame seeds to decorate.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week or the freezer for up to a month.
